Service delivery is Great. But the atmosphere is slumping. Ive been a patron at WCS from the age of seven and must admit WCS has seen better days!! However this will not stop me from passing on the tradition of lazy summer holidays frolicking by the pool, Early morning brekky at Chico's and enless hours of trying to gather the most tickets to the next generation!
