1. 1time has its own check in counters where you will be met by our friendly and professional ground crew.
2. You only need proof of identity and your unique booking reference number in order to check in for your flight. It couldn't be any easier!

FLIGHT SCHEDULE

Check In

1. Check in closes 30 minutes prior to departure.
2. Boarding closes 20 minutes prior to departure.

Baggage

1. Cabin baggage is limited to one small piece per passenger, weighing a maximum of 5kg.
2. You may not carry any sharp instruments, for example nails scissors, clippers or knives in your hand luggage. Items such as these must be in your checked in baggage.
3. Baggage liability is limited to US$20 per kilogram of checked baggage. No liability will be accepted for valuable, fragile or perishable items in your checked baggage. This includes cash, cards, cheques, jewellery, documents, cameras, laptops and cell phones.
4. We do not accept any firearms for travel.
5. We do not accept pets as baggage and pets may not travel in the cabin of the aircraft.
6. Guide dogs are allowed to travel in the cabin of the aircraft provided that prior arrangements have been made.

Onboard 1time

Food and Beverages

Those passengers who are feeling peckish are invited to purchase food and beverages onboard. There is a wide selection of economically priced meals and snacks. Beverages range from tea and coffee to soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

We at 1time value our younger fliers in the knowledge that people grow together. We have put together an Activity Pack especially for our young flyers. We run a colouring in competition especially for the young ones. Winners receive a gift hamper, which includes the issue of our in-flight magazine that features a copy of their work of art, delivered directly to their door.
